Jennie Arbogash
Jennie joined The Community Foundation staff in January 2008 as Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Boulder County. Since 1995, Jennie has worked in a variety of nonprofits in Colorado and Wisconsin and brings experience in nonprofit leadership, management, fundraising, marketing, and volunteer management. Jennie is a graduate of the Masters in Nonprofit Management program at Regis University and is a Colorado Trust Fellow. Two of her favorite hobbies are teaching volunteer management and participating in volunteer activities throughout Boulder County. She lives with her husband, Tim, in Longmont.

Chris Barge
Chris Barge joined The Community Foundation in June 2008 after a 10-year
career in newspapers. He covered politics for the Rocky Mountain News, where
he worked for three years, and was an editor and reporter at the Daily
Camera for five years prior to that. His journalism work has won numerous
first-place awards in statewide contests. It has also reinforced for him the
increasing importance of philanthropy and civic engagement in communities.
As Director of Philanthropic Services for The Community Foundation, Chris is
responsible for leading efforts with major donors to the Foundation and for
partnering with local professional advisors to provide clients with
comprehensive philanthropic assistance.

Suzanne Barnes
Suzanne
joined the staff in April 2006 as Spruce Street Mansion
and Community Foundation Office Administrator. She
brings a strong background in international nonprofit
work. Since 2002 Suzanne has organized and participated
in seven multi-national dental clinics serving Russian
orphans and street children. Clinic locations include
Siberia, St. Petersburg and Dimitrov. She is a graduate
of Eastern Kentucky University. She lives with her
twin son and daughter in Louisville.

Colleen Conant
Colleen
Conant joined The Community Foundation as Donor Advocate
in October 2006. She is the former editor and publisher
of the Daily Camera and served as a Trustee on the
Community Foundation Board for six years. During her
tenure as publisher, the Camera partnered with The
Community Foundation to create the Millennium Trust
and launch the Culture of Giving Movement. Conant
retired from the Camera in 2003 and has been active
in a number of volunteer activities for non-profit
boards in Boulder County. She and her husband Terry
live in Gunbarrel.

Debbie Gaffney
Debbie
joined The Community Foundation as Chief Financial
Officer in 2003. Before joining the Foundation, Debbie
operated her own accounting business in Boulder for
12 years. Her areas of expertise include financial
accounting and investments. A graduate of the University
of Colorado, Debbie and her husband have lived in
the Boulder area for over 20 years. They have three
children.

Carly
Hare
Carly is the Foundation's Programs Director. Prior
to joining The Community Foundation staff in May 2004,
Carly was the Logistics Coordinator and Energy Program
Associate for the Council of Energy Resource Tribes.
Carly received her undergraduate degree in Mass Communications/Public
Relations from Mesa State College in Grand Junction,
Colorado. Carly was selected as a 2006 Emerging Leader
in International Philanthropy Fellow through the Center
of Philanthropy and Civil Society. Carly is a member
of the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma and a descendant
of the Yankton Tribe. Her work at the Foundation includes
coordinating the Millennium
Trust Advisory Committee the Community Trust grant
cycle, the 15 Forever program, the Expanding Leadership Initiativeand
helping to plan events such as the Foundation's annual
Community
Ventures.

Gretchen Minekime
Before joining The Community Foundation in September
2002, Gretchen was the People Project Director at
The Adopt A School Program and before that the Youth
Prevention Education Coordinator for MESA/Rape Crisis
Team. She graduated from The University of Colorado
and was the 2005-2006 President of BPW--Boulder Business
Professional Women. As the Director of Advancement
her work includes overseeing the foundation's marketing
and communications activities, including the Culture
of Giving, and managing relationships with corporate
sponsors.

Morgan
Rogers
 Morgan
Rogers joined the foundation staff in early 2002 after
receiving her BS in Business Administration and Marketing
from Georgetown University. She spent three years
serving first as Programs Associate and later as Director
of Programs. Morgan left Boulder in August of 2004
to pursue her Masters in Public Health from San Diego
State University, researching community environmental
health and obesity prevention with Latino families
along the San Diego/Mexico border. She also worked
for the Institute of Public Health, an organization
specializing in policy evaluation. While in graduate
school Morgan spent two summers in Oaxaca, Mexico
learning Spanish and working with indigenous populations
on behavioral health risks. Morgan returned to Boulder
and The Community Foundation in the spring of 2006
and now serves as Director of the Boulder
County Civic Forum.

Bruce
Skelton
Bruce
joined The Community Foundation in February of 2005
as Database and Operations Manager. From his hometown
of Hamilton, NY, he moved to Madison, WI, where he
attended the University of Wisconsin, graduating with
a degree in Sociology. A thirteen year resident of
Boulder County, Bruce chose to move his family here
after falling in love with the area. His career includes
twenty plus years of varied management experience
in the computer/service industry.

Leah Sullivan
Leah
is The Community Foundation's Grants Administrator,
joining the Foundation in September of 2006. She was
born in Boulder and grew up in Denver. Her professional
career to date has been in fundraising and administration
for zoos and humane societies. Leah received her B.S.
from Georgetown University and her M.B.A. from the
Keller School of Management. She lives in Coal Creek
Canyon with her husband, four dogs and one cat.
